Business Plan Critique
I can review your fundraising plan and give you my objective analysis.
You’ve been taking your business plan to your target investors, but you don’t make it to a second meeting.
Or your prospects do show interest, but they are not acting upon it.
Or your prospects are asking you for unreasonable discounts, or offer terms that make you feel like a fish out of water.
You’re scared of being reduced to just a (not-so-well) paid executive in your own project.
Fund raising can become very challenging if you don’t have a clear business plan, you don’t position yourself correctly or
your marketing materials are not convincing enough. Many months may pass by before you even realise that there’s
something wrong in your approach that is preventing the financial closure.
I hear you.
I can review your fundraising plan and give you my objective analysis
My review and analysis will cover following aspects –
– Potential of your deal,
– the positives and negatives, how to weave them into your financial model as well as pitch,
– the visible risks, how you can present them in your financial model, show how you will cover them,
– Capital structuring,
– make a workable win-win return distribution plan between you and your investors,
– Review your financial model and pitch materials (viz., your pitch deck, brochures, website, etc.) and give clear opinion as to whether it works or doesn’t. If it does, I will edit them for you as required. If it doesn’t, you must consider rebuilding them from scratch.
How does it work?
A powerful business plan comes out of a good awareness of all relevant aspects of your deal. Which market you are operating in, at which stage of the market cycle you are launching your project, demand for your products, your development plans, your budgets, business model, your team, your construction partners, your marketing plans, most importantly, your own investment in your project, etc.
You first share outlines of your project over email. I will read through and let you know if I can help.
If we decide to work together, I will send you anengagement letter post which you can share the details of your project over email. We can also schedule a call if required.
How much does it cost?
Your investment depends on:
– The specifics of your deal
– How much support you need from me in optimising your deal structure and marketing materials.
One thing I can tell you, I don’t charge fees by the hour.
